Alex is the founder and CEO of JDA TSG and is responsible for setting its vision and managing its global operations. He manages daily operations to help Fortune 500 to 1000 clients, including some of the world’s most recognized brands, drive their businesses in exciting new directions. For over 20 years, he has been a business leader and management consultant dedicated to helping clients solve business problems.
While in college to earn a BA from the University of Miami, Alex recognized his ability to motivate people, develop innovative ideas, and solve problems. And he honed his ability to see a team’s strengths and weaknesses and get the best from each team member.

Alex found that problem solving is most effective when each team member focuses on their key skill set and the team works together to come up with solutions. He discovered that when everyone does something the same way, there’s no opportunity for improvement.

Among JDA TSG clients, Alex is known for understanding that every client juggles multiple problems while preparing for future challenges. His clients have interconnected challenges relating to staffing, culture, cost, efficiency, and best practices, and he prides himself on pointing JDA TSG in the direction of taking a holistic approach to client problems. As a result, he ensures that JDA TSG maintains teams with a range of experience and skill sets that allow them to solve a client’s problems.

On a personal level, Alex is very involved in this local chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a group of over 30,000 chief executives from 142 countries who come together to become better leaders.

Alex is an active YPO member, is on the Board of his Chapter, and is currently their Learning Officer. He enjoys skiing, pickleball, golf, and tennis—and traveling internationally to immerse himself and his family in many different cultures. He loves to read and often spends Sundays cooking gourmet food and watching football. Alex married his college sweetheart and has two daughters. Alex and his family live in New York City.
