Dan Pricop

Program Manager

As the Program Manager for one of the Tax Preparation teams at JDA TSG, Dan is responsible for exceeding our clients’ expectations by developing and maintaining a team of seasonal tax preparers who support customers in preparing and filing their tax returns. In that role, he provides direction for the team members to meet client goals. He is also responsible for coaching team members and tracking performance data.

Dan has been a driver in creating TaxAct training, responsible for organizing the training and creating content for it. He’s also worked on researching Workforce Management software and creating schedules for that software. His experience working in positions with TurboTax Live and TaxAct Xpert Assist sets the foundation for his knowledge and drives his team management activities.

From a technical perspective, Dan’s background has prepared him to troubleshoot software and find creative ways to create reports and set up projects. This expertise lets him easily help his team members work with tax preparation software and explain it to their customers.

Dan lives in Florida with his wife and a 2-year-old who loves the outdoors and dancing. He enjoys living in Florida because there is so much to do, including fishing and camping. He also likes to read and learn new things.
