Max Kolden is the Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering at JDA TSG. In this role, he helps shape how complex client needs become scalable, repeatable service systems that delivery teams can operate with consistency and speed. He also champions JDA’s AI + Human Intelligence (AI+HI) approach, where AI is supported by disciplined human workflows and expert oversight so clients see real, measurable value.
At JDA TSG, Max applies operational rigor to bridge go-to-market intent and delivery, translating client requirements into clear operating models, workflows, and measurable outcomes that teams can execute day-to-day. He’s passionate about building and developing teams, and he’s known for hiring, training, and leading diverse groups while maintaining a data-driven performance culture.
Before joining JDA TSG, Max held senior operations leadership roles across high-growth organizations, including serving as a Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations. He also worked as an independent consultant focused on process improvement, team building, and technology architecture.
Outside of work, Max enjoys backpacking and hiking, building his wine collection, and gardening.
