Kendal Borup is the Vice President of the Program Management Office at JDA TSG, where she partners across the organization to drive strategic execution, operational rigor, and scalable delivery to existing and new clients. Kendal brings over a decade of experience working in tech-enabled services at growth stage companies.
Prior to joining JDA TSG, Kendal served as Vice President of Strategy at Tend, a multi-site healthcare organization, where she led enterprise strategy and operational effectiveness initiatives to support rapid growth and scale. Previously, she spent five years at Eden Health, a national virtual primary care and insurance navigation company, including three years as Chief of Staff. She worked in numerous other leadership roles during her tenure, including in data, operations, and customer success functions. Earlier in her career, Kendal worked as an analyst at Clover Health and consultant at Buck Consultants where she structured and implemented key new business contracts. With extensive experience in measurement systems and process improvement, Kendal is passionate about improving operational efficiencies and building teams to scale.
Kendal earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Economics from The College of New Jersey. She lives in Jersey City, NJ with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, Kendal enjoys cooking for friends, weekend beach trips, and exploring new cities. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading and thinking about how systems, organizations, and people grow.
