As SVP of Solutions Engineering, Max shapes how complex client needs become scalable, repeatable service systems that delivery teams can operate consistently and at speed. He is a champion of JDA TSG’s AI + Human Intelligence (AI+HI) approach, applying operational rigor to translate client requirements into clear operating models, workflows, and measurable outcomes.

Before JDA TSG, Max held senior operations leadership roles across high-growth organizations, including Chief Operating Officer and SVP of Operations, and worked as an independent consultant focused on process improvement, team building, and technology architecture. He is equally passionate about people as he is about process, known for hiring, developing, and leading diverse teams within a data-driven performance culture.

Outside of work, Max enjoys backpacking and hiking, tending to his garden, and building his wine collection. Whether exploring a mountain trail or refining an operating model, he is driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of something better.
