As VP of the Program Management Office, Kendal partners across the organization to drive strategic execution, operational rigor, and scalable delivery for new and existing clients. She brings over a decade of experience in tech-enabled services at growth-stage companies, with a track record of aligning teams, processes, and priorities to ensure programs are executed effectively.

Before joining JDA TSG, Kendal served as VP of Strategy at Tend, a multi-site healthcare organization, and spent 5 years at Eden Health, including 3 as Chief of Staff. Earlier, she was an analyst at Clover Health and a consultant at Buck Consultants. She earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration with a minor in Economics from The College of New Jersey. Known for her collaborative approach and focus on continuous improvement, she believes successful organizations are built through clear communication, strong execution, and a genuine commitment to helping people do their best work.

Kendal lives in Jersey City, NJ, with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for friends, weekend beach trips, and exploring new cities. A lifelong learner, she is fascinated by how people, organizations, and systems grow and evolve over time.
