As Vice President of Program Management, Corissa Jackson leads JDA TSG’s tax preparation and financial software programs, overseeing executive client partnerships, operational strategy, workforce planning, and program delivery across complex, high-volume service organizations. She specializes in building operating models that enable clients to focus on their core business while JDA delivers seamless operational support.

Since joining JDA TSG, Corissa has led the successful growth and expansion of programs within her portfolio, transforming emerging initiatives into high-performing operations that consistently exceed client expectations.

Before joining JDA TSG, Corissa spent more than two decades in executive operations leadership at Citibank, where she led large-scale operational transformation initiatives and served as a Site Leader responsible for migrating complex business functions into Centers of Excellence. She partnered across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Sales to streamline processes, build high-performing teams, and execute seamless transitions without disrupting client service. Those experiences shaped her collaborative, results-driven leadership style and continue to influence the way she partners with clients today.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Corissa lives with her husband and enjoys the energy of their blended family, including three adult children, a younger son at home, and the cherished role of being “Momma Rissa” to her grandson. Outside of work, she enjoys home renovation and interior design, where she combines creativity with practical problem-solving, the same qualities that have helped define her leadership.
