Alex is the founder and CEO of JDA TSG, leading the company’s vision, strategy, and continued growth. Since founding the organization, he has built a dynamic consulting firm dedicated to solving complex business challenges for Fortune 500 and 1000 clients, including Intuit, Microsoft, and the NFL. Under his leadership, JDA TSG earned Inc. Magazine’s Power Partner Award in 2023 and has continued to expand its capabilities, deepen client partnerships, and evolve alongside the changing needs of the market.

Drawing on more than 25 years as a business leader and management consultant, Alex is known for a strategic, hands-on style empowering a trusted leadership team while staying focused on vision and innovation. An active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), he has served as Chapter Chair and Learning Officer, deepening his commitment to leadership development, relationship-building, and continuous learning.

Alex lives by the values of humility, curiosity, and mindfulness, which guide both his personal and professional life. He enjoys padel, golf, tennis, and gourmet cooking on Sundays. He credits his longstanding marriage to his college sweetheart and his role as father to two daughters as his greatest sources of perspective. He lectures and mentors students at the University of Miami Herbert School of Business and supports new talent through internships and competitions.
